The Meating Place is a small family owned Glatt Kosher Restaurant/ Catering Company that provides great home cooked meal, with reasonable pricing. We can accomadate any party large or small and will work with anyones budget.

Our Executive Chef Lorin Krone is a graduate from the le cordon bleu school of culinary arts. Besides growing up in a Jewish household,he is an accomplished chef who has cooked for such notable celebritys and athletes. His biggest claim to fame to this date has been being the head banquet chef for the NFL's San Diego Chargers, as well as The MLS's Los Angeles Galaxy. He has also been the head catering chef for the world cup of soocer which included the Israeli National team. He has also cooked in some of the top hotels in Los angeles. He is co-owner of S&R Catering in which he owns with his friend Chef McCree, the S&R is named after their daughters.

Our Pastry Chef Ricky McCree graduated from the Art Institute of California. He is an accomplished pastry chef, and has worked for the hilton Hotel Chains, as well as some of the top restaurants in Los angeles. He and Chef Lorin first cooked together when they opened the Home Depot Center, in Los Angeles, and was the Banquet sous Chef for the San Diego Chargers. He was also the Executive Sous Chef at a steakhouse in Redondo Beach. He co-owns his own catering company and is an established chef in his own right.
